Imagine this.
By May 2025 you have your son or daughter's senior photos already booked, paid for, and ready to show off by the time school starts in August!
With this new system we are rolling out this year for the class of 2026, it is our goal that Senior portraits are not a hassle or a stress, but truly a time to celebrate this great milestone!
Why start so early?
Well, here's our reasons:
Booking with MJPD for your senior pictures during your junior year of high school can be beneficial for several reasons:
1. **Best Dates**: Booking early means best date options.
Also means you know what your total investment will be a year before their senior year and can make a plan and have it paid by the time we do their shoot.
2. **Avoiding the Rush**: We always get the rush June-September where moms are panicked to get these scheduled. Getting photos scheduled early ensures you secure your preferred photographer without the pressure of last-minute bookings and getting left over dates.
3. **Creative Freedom**: If you go with our Signature options, having time to schedule and plan gives you time to think of different locations, outfits, and styles without feeling rushed.
4. **Less Stress**: I used to hate planning, but I had very active girls in high school, and if you didn't plan, it only caused stress.
In High school, especially the closer you get to senior year, there is ALWAYS something you have to signup or prepare for. Deadlines have officially become your greatest enemy LOL
Completing your senior pictures early reduces the stress of having one more thing on your to-do list during senior year, which can be full of responsibilities, including college applications and extracurriculars.
5. **Spring Sport Athletes** : If you have one, this is one of the best ways to get them in their uniform instead of waiting until the next spring to get these images in their album. Capture their Spring sports at the end of May and you can have everything done
